1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the infiniwin platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception. infiniwin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not comply.

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not prohibited by any local law from using online entertainment services.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• You are not currently listed on any active self-exclusion or gambling ban list.

Infiniwin uses an integrated Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification system to confirm user eligibility. 2 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at infiniwin at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances.

Your infiniwin account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.

• Use a strong, unique password for your infiniwin account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Infiniwin reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access for security investigations, identity verification, or regulatory compliance purposes. In such situations, we will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe and keep users informed of their account status.

3 Deposits & Payments

Infiniwin supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden fees or additional exchange rates.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the platform's Payments section at the time of the transaction.

• Attempts to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Closure

You may close your infiniwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

Infiniwin also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, use of a false identity, or suspected criminal activity.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months with no login activity.

For inactive accounts, infiniwin will send a notification to the registered email address before applying an administrative charge or closing the account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account is subject to the inactive account policy in effect at that time.

9 Liability Limits

Infiniwin provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we continually strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we cannot guarantee service free from technical disruptions, system downtime, or unexpected errors.

• Infiniwin is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or issues with the user's internet connection.
• We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Infiniwin's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-party game content displayed on the infiniwin platform remains the property of the respective game providers and is protected by separate licensing agreements.

12 Dispute Resolution

Infiniwin is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our platform, please follow the procedure below:
